多功能小型环境试验舱的设计、性能评价与应用

         

摘要

We designed a multi-functional environmental test chamber with the small volume of 1 m3, whichis composed of main cabin,cabin-in-cabin,air-purification importing system,sampling system and light source .According to corresponding experiments,we found a temperature deviations ofδr≤2 ℃,a relative humidity deviation ofδrh≤3%and a leakage rate of 6 ×1 0-3 h-1 .The background concentra-tion of the cabin-in-cabin contained 1 0μg/m3 for formaldehyde,5μg/m3 for benzene,3μg/m3 for toluene,6μg/m3 for xylene,1μg/m3 for ammonia and 26μg/m3 for TVOC .To demonstrate the perfor-mance of the environmental chamber,we designed the contrast experiments of formaldehyde degradation between traditional paint and nano-titania diatomite composite paint .Under irradiation of ultraviolet light, the formaldehyde in the environmental chamber was almost degraded completely after 50 hours for the nano-titania diatomite composite paint,but the formaldehyde concentration remained a stable value for the traditional paint .The experiment results demonstrated that the environmental test chamber possessed a high performance,which could be used to investigate the influence of environment variation on the pollu-tant concentration in air and to analyze the adsorption and purification performance of indoor air pollu-tants .%自行设计了容积为1m3的多功能小型环境试验舱,由主体舱、舱中舱、空气净化导入系统、采样系统、光源构成。对舱体进行温湿度测试及密封性测试结果:温度偏差δr≤2℃、相对湿度偏差δrh≤3%、泄漏率为6×10-3h-1;舱中舱本底浓度测试结果:甲醛10μg/m3、苯5μg/m3、甲苯3μg/m3、二甲苯6μg/m3、氨气1μg/m3、总挥发性有机化合物(TVOC)26μg/m3。为验证该小型环境试验舱的性能,设计了普通涂料和纳米二氧化钛硅藻土复合涂料降解甲醛的对比试验。在紫外光和二氧化钛的作用下,后者舱内的甲醛在50 h后,已基本被降解完毕,普通涂料则趋于稳定值。测试结果表明,该小型环境试验舱性能良好,可用于研究环境变化对空气污染物浓度变化的影响,也可作为分析室内空气污染物吸附净化性能研究的试验装置。
