案例教学法在《经济法》课程中的应用

What our modern society needs is compound talents who know both professional knowledge and laws.Economic law is regarded as a professional basic course,which has been thought of as a compulsory basic course by every the professional.Case-based teaching method plays an important role in making boring theories and laws become attractive and instructive.What＇s more,this type of teaching method is helpful for students to master the Abstract legal principles and laws.In addition to these,it also stimulates the creative thinking of students and improves the ability to analyze and solve problems.%现代社会需求的是既懂专业知识又懂法的复合型人才,经济法作为一门专业基础课,已被各专业作为必修的一门基础课,如何让枯燥的理论讲授和法条灌输变得生动活泼,具有启发性,而且有利于学生掌握抽象的法学原理和法律规定,案例教学法起到了重要的作用,同时也激发了学生的创造性思维,提高其分析问题、解决问题的能力。
