Essential oils were extracted from lonicera chrysantha fruit by the supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction,and three compounds were separated from the essential oils in different temperature.The antimicrobial activities of the three compounds on various bacteria were investigated.The results indicated that the compounds of essential oils of 60~100℃ had the best antimicrobial activity,and different kinds of essential oils had different antimicrobial activity to the various bacteria.The best effects was to penicillium sp and aspergillus niger,the lest effect was to micrococcus tetragenus.The conclusion was that the essential oils of Lonicera chrysantha fruit has the strong antimicrobial activity,it is a nature bacteriostasis which has the value of development and using to the harmful biological control,disease treatment,food field and cosmetics industries.%通过超临界CO2萃取法,从黄花忍冬果粉中萃取得到黄花忍冬果精油,再采用分馏法对总的精油进行分馏,得到三种不同温度下的精油馏分,然后选用六种供试菌,对3段温度的精油馏分及总精油的抑菌性进行研究。结果:60~100℃间的精油馏分抑菌效果最强,且三种不同温度的精油馏分均对青霉、黑曲霉的抑制效果较强,对四链球菌的抑制效果较弱。结论:黄花忍冬果精油的抑菌性较强,是天然的抑菌剂,对有害生物防治、疾病的治疗、食品领域及化妆品产业均有开发利用价值。
