高职高专中草药栽培专业人才培养模式探讨

摘要

根据高职教育特点和中草药栽培行业用人需求,结合本院的办学和教学实际,全面总结和提出了以主动适应中草药栽培行业岗位群人才需求为轴心的＂确立人才培养目标、优化课程结构,完善技能训练和考核方案,实施顶岗就业实习,提高综合素质＂的五位一体的技能型人才培养模式和办学特色。%According to the characteristics of vocational education and the employment needs of herbal cultivation industries,combined with the education and teaching practice of our college,comprehensive summaries and proposes one of five skill-based training model and school characteristics that are ＂establishment of personnel training,optimization of program structure,improving skills training and assessment program,implementation of the post to employment training,improving the overall quality＂,which are suited for the requirement of the group of herbal cultivation industries＇ demand.
