高校中层干部队伍建设专业化研究之管见—关于师范分院中层干部队伍建设的分析调研

摘要

高校中层干部队伍建设专业化是目前高校教师队伍发展建设中一个都要面对且不容忽视的问题。本文主要结合师范分院自身干部队伍发展建设的实践,阐述了对此问题的理解、见地,并介绍了分院自己的经验和做法。%The specialized team construction of middle-level cadre is one problem that all has to face but not allow to ignore in the development construction of teachers team in universities.Combined with the practice of development construction of cadre team in Branch Normal School,elaborates the understanding to it and introduces own practice and methods.
