文化传承与创新：大学教师的共同追求与根本使命

摘要

Creation of culture inheritance is the realistic need of developing higher education.The subject of culture inheritance of higher education should be realized by not only the persons who engage in social science in colleges and universities,but also all the university teachers.Creation and inheritance of culture is the common chase and bedrock mission for every university teacher.University teachers should not only understand the intention of the creation and inheritance of culture,but also carry forward it by combining with the actual profession and work of ourselves.University teachers must promote the desire of dream,or boundary of their profession and work gradually so that comprehensive function of a university would be realized.%文化传承创新是大学的第四大功能,是高等教育发展的现实需求。实现高等教育文化传承创新的主体不能局限于高校哲学社会科学工作者,而是高校全体教师。文化传承与创新是每位大学教师的共同追求与根本使命。大学教师要深刻领会文化传承创新的内涵,勇于、善于和自觉担当文化传承创新的使命与义务,有机结合各自专业与工作实际,努力推进大学的文化传承创新;高校教师必须从文化传承创新的大视野出发,不断提升专业和各项工作的理想追求与境界,从而有效推进大学综合功能的全面实现及教师自身价值的深刻体现。
