中共一大代表人生轨迹的教育学探析

         

摘要

中共一大代表的人生轨迹说明人的价值取向的复杂性与变化性。对他们的人生轨迹作教育学探析,从接受家庭、学校及师范教育等发现教育对人的成长要义:一个人成长为有益于人民的人是家庭、学校、社会教育共同作用的结果,但个人如何立志是最重要的决定性因素;家庭教育是生活的教育和启蒙的教育,对一个人成长有着重要的奠基和敷底作用;学校教育至关重要的是学生所受教育能否转化为做有益于人民的人的成长动力;师范教育尤其需要面向平民,平民学生就读师范有利于更多更好地培养利国利民的人才;个人价值取向必须与国家和人民的需要一致才能成长为有益于人民的人。%The typical life path of 13 representatives of first National Conference of CPC manifests the com-plexity and variability of human’s value orientation.By focusing on the their education in family,and at school and pedagogical education they have experienced,this paper analyzes and finds out the importance of education for individual’s development:the development of individual is effected by family,school and society,with shared impact.However,personal resolution is the most important determinant;Family education is the educa-tion for daily life and functions as enlightenment,which is the foundation of personal development;school edu-cation is so important that it determines whether the knowledge,thoughts and emotions can be transformed into the motivation to serve and help the people;the pedagogical education should be applied to normal citizens, which will be conducive to cultivating the talents for the people and the country;personal values should be con-sistent with the needs of the people and the country to develop into an individual who are beneficial to the peo-ple.
