地方院校公共事业管理专业建设的困境与出路

公共事业管理专业自设置以来，取得了快速的发展，但是专业发展现状与专业发展前景之间仍存在较大的落差。地方院校公共事业管理专业存在专业定位不清晰、特色不鲜明等问题，发展面临困境。科学定位专业方向，完善课程体系，搭建实践平台，建设师资队伍，创新培养模式，突出办学特色，是地方院校公共事业管理专业建设走出困境的重要路径。%Since setting up the specialty of public affairs management, it has achieved rapid development. However, there is a big gap between the development status and prospect of the specialty. The specialty of public af⁃fairs management of local colleges and universities exists the problems of vague major orientation, obscure charac⁃teristic, etc.. And its development confronts with difficulties. An important path to step out the predicament in the specialty construction of public affairs management of local colleges and universities is scientific major orientation, improving curriculum system, formulating practical platform, building faculty, innovating training mode and high⁃lighting characteristics of colleges and universities.
