Based on Learners'Needs Analysis, the author learns about the students'learning targets, skill improvement needed and content needed in College English via questionnaire. The multiple teaching objectives, appropriate curriculum and comprehensive evaluation system may greatly stimulate students' interests in English learning, thus improve the teaching efficiency.%本文以学习者需求分析为理论基础,通过问卷调查了解学生大学英语学习目标、能力需求和学习内容需求.在此基础上,通过设立多元教学目标、优化课程设置和完善课程评价体系,实现激发学生学习兴趣、提高大学英语教学效果的目的.
