The performance and state of the multi-state series-parallel connection system depend on the structure and the different state combinations of its components. In order to evaluate its reliability effectively, a quantitative analysis method about the work states and the performance of the multi-state series-parallel connection system was presented on this paper, based on multi-state system theory and probability theory. The equivalence sets of the multi-state series system, parallel system and series-parallel connection system under different states were established respectively. The computation models of the weighted average performance and state probability of each multi-state system under different states were presented based on the equivalence sets which could be divided by the performance level. The performance computation model of the multi-state series-parallel system was also presented based on the above analysis. The decision-making frame of system evaluation and maintenance was established based on the performance and states analysis of the system. An example about the work performance analysis of the two-level reducer multi-state series-parallel connection system of the full mounted converter tilting device was used to verify that the proposed method is valid and feasible.% 多状态串并联系统的性能和状态取决于其组件间的结构形式及组件不同状态的组合,为对其可靠性进行有效的评估,基于多状态系统理论和概率论提出了一种多状态串并联系统状态及工作性能的定量分析方法。分别建立了多状态串联系统、并联系统和串并联系统在不同状态下的等同集,依据其性能水平对等同集进行划分,在此基础上建立了各状态下的平均加权性能水平和状态概率的计算模型,并给出了多状态串并联系统平均性能的计算方法。构建了基于系统性能与状态分析的评估与维修决策框架。以全悬挂转炉倾动装置二级减速机多状态串并联系统的工作性能分析为例,对建立的分析模型的有效性和可行性进行了验证。
