摘要

This paper,based upon the statistics and analysis of the investigation data of the provincial questionaire,finds the current problems of college teachers in Jiangxi,and raises some countermeasures.%通过对全省问卷调研数据的统计与分析，找出江西高校师资现存问题，并提出相关建议。
