地方高校本科教学质量学生满意度调查--以赣南师范学院为例

         

摘要

学生满意度作为衡量高校教学质量的一种评价方式,已经越来越受到大家的认可和重视。通过对赣南师范学院500名1-4年级大学生的问卷调查和部分学生的访谈,结果显示:教学质量学生满意度整体水平一般,满意度均值为3.16;六个维度学生满意度得分从高到低依次为:师资队伍、教学管理、人才培养、教学设施、实践教学、专业课程;师资队伍与教学管理学生满意度最高,专业与课程设置学生满意度最低;教育学类、理学类学生的满意度明显高于其他专业的学生,文学类学生的满意度在教学的各个方面都处于最低水平;在人口学特征变量中,教学质量学生满意度没有显著差异的变量是性别和是否参加科研,学生满意度存在显著差异的变量是专业、年级和毕业去向,各年级对本科教学质量的总体满意程度以及本科教学各维度的满意程度从高到低依次为:一年级、二年级、四年级、三年级。%By means of quentionnaire and field survey of 500 students from grade one to grade four in Gannan Normal Uni-versity,the result is:students have a medium satisfaction with the teaching quality with an average of 3. 16. the scores of the six dimensions from high to low are:faculty,teaching management,talent training,teaching facility,teaching practice profes-sional curricula;among which faculty and teaching management get the top scores,while professions and courses offered get the lowest scores. The students of education and science have greater satisfaction than other students,and students of liberal get the lowest scores in their satisfaction in teaching,and among the variabilities of census,the variabity that has no obvious differences is sex and attending scientific restarch,While the one with obvious differences is professions,grades,and gradu-ation direction,and the degree of satisfaction of the teaching quality from all the grades from top to low is grade one,two, three and four.
