This paper describes Professor HUANG Ting's ideas and experience of treatment based on syndrome differentiation of TCM for cancer patients with night sweating. Professor Huang Ting found that cancer patients often deficiency of healthy qi and yin fluid due to prolonged illness from years of clinical experience. He believes that surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy can further aggravate the deficiency of yin fluid, which will destroy the balance between yin and yang. In addition,he thinks that Yin deficiency and interior pre-dominance of pathogenic heat leading to night sweating. Therefore, Professor HUANG Ting is good at using the prescription of night sweating which has the efficacy of clearing away heat and nourishing yin when treating various cancer patients with night sweating,such as thyroid cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer, lung cancer, stomach cancer, colon cancer, liver cancer and so on,which has obtained sat-isfactory outcomes. And he emphasizes that adjustments must be made for changes in different syndrome which is very important in clin-ic.%介绍黄挺教授治疗恶性肿瘤病人盗汗的中医辨证思路和治疗经验。黄挺教授从多年的临床经验中发现，恶性肿瘤患者每因久病而导致机体正气内虚，阴液受损，加上经历手术、放化疗等治疗，进一步耗伤阴津，破坏人体阴阳平衡，造成阴虚内热之证，引发盗汗，故采用清热养阴法治疗恶性肿瘤盗汗，其已用自拟盗汗方治疗甲状腺癌、鼻咽癌、肺癌、胃癌、大肠癌、肝癌等恶性肿瘤病人盗汗，并随证加减用药，获得了满意的疗效。
