中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎的现代机制研究概况

摘要

近年来,中医药治疗溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis, UC)的作用机制研究取得了一定的进展,能够通过影响UC发病的遗传因素、免疫因素等多个环节发挥治疗作用,其中对免疫因素的影响其是其关键环节,针灸治疗UC也具有一定的优势.同时在进行文献回顾时,相关研究也存在着对UC中医证型的物质基础还缺乏系统性的研究、忽视方证相应的中医理论、缺乏动态研究等多个问题,需要在今后的研究过程中加以改进.%Recent years,the mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Ulcerative Colitis has made some progress.TCM plays a therapeutic role through the impact of UC pathogenesis of genetic factors,immune factors and so on.Acupuncture treatment of UC also has a certain advantage.At the same time,in the literature review,the related research also exists on the material basis of UC TCM syndromes,which also lacks systematic research,neglects the corresponding TCM theory,lacks dynamic research and so on,and needs more research process to be improved.
