基于响应曲面法的大弯曲半径管材推弯回弹优化技术研究

     

摘要

Under the influence of the mold′s and pipe′s parameters, large bending radius pipe will produce elas-tic recovery after bending , so the accuracy and precision will be influenced in applications .The finite element model based on realistic parameters is built in this paper with the help of dynamic and finite element platform , ABAQUS/Explicit software .The response surface methodology ( RSM) is used to optimize the springback angle produced by bending the pipe , taking into account the friction coefficient and the clearance between the mold and the pipe, the velocity of boost block and so on .The smallest springback angle is obtained for the optimal parame-ters.%  大弯曲半径管材推弯成形后因模具与管坯间各参数的影响,导致管坯在推弯成形后不可避免的产生回弹,从而影响管坯在后期应用中的精度和准确率。文中采用动态有限元软件平台ABAQUS/Explicit对大弯曲半径管材的推弯成形建立符合实际推弯参数的有限元模型,并基于响应曲面法从模具与管坯间的摩擦系数、模具与管坯间的间隙及助推块助推速度等影响因素对推弯成形后的回弹角进行优化,得到最优参数下弯管成形后的最小回弹角。
