航天测控系统多数据源融合评估方法

     

摘要

航天测控系统测控效能评估中的数据源主要来自评估指标体系中定性指标和定量指标的评估数据,为提高评估结果的可信性,需要减少这些数据间的冲突性和不一致性.首先,对评估指标体系进行约简优化,并提出一种基于多源异构数据融合的评估方法,以专家群决策作为评估基本框架,通过信念图实现异构数据的有效映射和统一表达,然后采用扩展贝叶斯进行评估数据融合,最后结合系统执行某次测控任务为例得到效能评估值.实例表明:该融合方法具有一定的实用性和有效性,能有效提高评估结果的可靠性和可信性.%The data sources of space tracking telemetry and command (TT&C) system effectiveness evaluation mainly come from the data of qualitative indexes and quantitative indexes in evaluation index system.It is necessary to reduce conflicts and inconsistencies among data so as to improve the credibility of evaluation results.Firstly, taking optimization and reduction to the evaluation index system, a evaluation method based on the multi-sources and heterogeneous data is presented, which uses expert group decision as the basic framework of evaluation.Then the effective mapping and unified expression of heterogeneous data are realized by belief map, and it applies extensive Bayesian algorithm to fuse evaluating data.Finally, taking a measurement and control task as an example to get the evaluation scores.The example shows that the data fusion method has a certain practicability and validity, which can effectively improve the reliability and credibility of evaluation results.
