某型LED灯具散热器的优化

     

摘要

Optimization of the structural of a certain type of LED lamp radiator is carried out by using PRO /E software to build a three-dimensional solid model of the optimization program and using CFD numerical simula-tion.Temperature field and external space flow field and temperature field of the radiator fin are computed and analyzed.On the basis of this analysis,the influence of different structural parameters on the heat sink is investi-gated,and the number of fin, the height of fin and fin thickness are optimized with the objective of minimum thermal resistance and minimum mass.The mass of the optimized model is reduced to 71%of the original one.%为了对某型LED灯具散热器结构参数进行优化,文中釆用PRO/E软件建立了散热器三维实体模型,通过数值模拟对散热器肋片温度场及外空间流场与温度场进行耦合计算和分析.分析了不同结构参数对散热器散热的影响规律,并以最小热阻及最轻质量作为优化目标,确定最优结构的肋片个数、肋片高度及肋片厚度.优化后散热器的结温相比原模型降低了3℃,质量较原模型减少了3%.
