炮闩抽壳机构抽壳过程和抽壳力分析

摘要

Breech extraction force is an important factor affecting the gun extraction speed and breech strength. The purpose of this study is to use the theoretical solution,numerical solution and test method for calculation of the extraction force.The stress and deformation of cartridge and gun bore was calculated with theoretical analy-sis.Combined with the material tensile test, the stress and deformation curve of cartridge and gun bore were drawn.In order to fit the extraction force curve, a dynamic model for breechblock extractor was built in AD-AMS,and the analysis results are verified by experiments.%炮闩的抽壳力是影响火炮抽壳速度和炮闩强度的重要因素.文中对抽壳机构的抽壳过程进行分析并通过理论计算、数值分析和试验方法计算抽壳力;理论分析了弹药发射后,膛压作用下的药筒和炮膛受力与变形情况,并结合材料拉伸试验,绘制出药筒与炮膛的应力与变形曲线;分析了最大膛压、初始间隙、药筒壁厚与抽壳力的关系;通过在ADAMS软件中建立抽壳机构动力学模型,拟合出抽壳力曲线;最后通过试验验证分析结果的正确性.
