受教育者身份的转变与老年大学教育的转型

         

摘要

Both"trainees"and "students"come to a new understanding about the identity of the educatees in the Elderly Uni-versities.As the students in the Elderly Universities are the individuals in continuing development , the identity establishment of"new generation of college students"is reasonable , possible and necessary .From there this the Elderly University education should transform as follows:in essence , transforming from "an activity center"to"a specialized educational institution";in the aspect of the pursuit of value , transforming from "healthy and happy"to"healthy and happy +development";in the aspect of curriculum system, transforming from "music, fine arts, physical training, and bodybuilding-oriented"to "music, fine arts, physical training and bodybuilding +cultural and theoretical knowledge";in the aspect of educational mode , transforming from"teacher-centered"to"teachers lecturing +students independent learning";in the aspect of faculty , transforming from "part-time teachers"to"full-time teachers +part-time teachers".%从“学员”到“学生”的转变,老年大学受教育者身份应重新认识。老年大学的学生是继续发展中的人,其“新一代大学生”身份的确立具有合理性,也存在可能性和必要性。以此为基础,研究认为老年大学和老年大学教育应该实现如下转型:在本质属性方面,从“活动中心”向“专门教育机构”转型;在价值追求方面,从“健康快乐”向“康乐+发展”转型;在课程体系方面,从“以音体美健为主”向“音体美健+文化理论知识”转型;在教育形式方面,从“以教师教授为主”向“教师教授+学生自主学习”转型;在师资构成方面,从“兼职教师”向“专职教师+兼职教师”转型。
