推进总体国家安全观大众化刍议

The complex security situation China is facing currently makes the publicity and education of overall national security concept spread from the Party to the army and to the whole people.To promote the popularization of overall national security concept is highly necessary and urgent.Due to the fact that the popularity of the overall national security concept at present is limited and not widely and deeply enough,which affects the improvement of the governance efficiency of national security,the promotion of the popularization of overall national security concept should be carried out by great improvements in aspects of publicity teams, publicity carriers,mode and content of dissemination to promote the self-confidence for the theory and the activeness for theoretical practice among all the people so that the synergy of thorough implementation of the overall national security concept on the national level can be formed.%中国当前面临的复杂的安全形势，使得总体国家安全观宣传教育从全党向全军、全民拓展，推进总体国家安全观大众化非常必要和紧迫。目前，总体国家安全观的大众化因传播力度有限，尚不够广泛、深入，影响国家安全治理效能的提升。推进总体国家安全观大众化，需要在传播队伍、传播载体、传播方式、传播内容方面加以显著改进，促进全国人民对总体国家安全观的理论自信、实践自觉，形成全国上下贯彻落实总体国家安全观的合力。
