全面建成小康社会战略目标的理论分析与历史考察

摘要

“全面建成小康社会”是“四个全面”战略布局的战略目标，是照耀我国社会发展重要战略机遇期各项工作的“灯塔”，是我国整个社会主义初级阶段承上启下的关键“锁匙”。建成小康社会本身就是一个不断生长的过程，在邓小平“三步走”战略部署框架内，其建设目标经历了低水平小康、较高水平小康、全面建设小康、全面建成小康不同的历史阶段。当前正处于全面建成小康社会的“冲刺期”和决胜期，按照唯物史观过程论方法来考察这一战略目标的形成、发展过程，无疑具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。%To complete the building of a well -off society in an all-round way is the strategic target of “four comprehensives”as strategic layout,which is the “beacon”to light up various tasks in different important periods of strategic opportunities for our national social development and the vital “key”for the connecting link of the overall primary phase of socialism.The well-off society itself is a process of constant growth which,in Deng Xiaoping’s “three-step”strategic framework,will experience different historical phases of the low and higher level of a well-off society,the level of building and the level of completing the building of a well-off society in an all-round way.Currently,China is in the “sprint period”and decisive period for this completing process.It is of important theoretic value and practical significance to investigate the formulation and development process of this strategic target in the process-oriented way of historical materialism.
