PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strategy target management system capable of supporting communication between a higher organization and a lower organization, or between the fellow slaved organizations.;SOLUTION: This strategy target management system is provided with a client 11, and a server 13 having a strategy map DB 110 connected to the client 11 via the Internet 12, and for storing a plurality of strategy targets of the higher organization and the lower organization in an organization unit, and a strategy submap DB 111 for storing the plurality of strategy targets of the lower organization, and the plurality of strategy targets of the separate organization related to the strategy targets of the lower organization. The server 13 manages the strategy targets of the higher organization and the strategy targets of the lower organization by a matrix form, based on the strategy map DB 110 and the strategy submap DB 111. Relation between the strategy targets of the lower organization and the strategy targets of the separate organization is set in a portion where matrixes are crossed, and a relation of the strategy targets of the higher organization to the strategy targets of the lower organization is displayed on the client 11 as a strategy correlation table.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
