地方高校科研激励若干问题研究

The investigation into the researchers＇ satisfaction about researching encouragement in the local universities shows that most of researchers are satisfied with the encouragement in the form of money, spirit and development, but their needs should also be satisfied in the aspects as perfecting researching material guarantee, strengthening the growth energy about researching spirit of the local universities, reinforcing the construction of researching ＂circle culture＂, etc.%对地方高校科研人员就科研激励满意度的调研表明,大部分科研人员对经济激励、精神激励和发展激励较满意,但也需要从完善科研物质保障、加强地方高校科研精神培育力度、加强科研＂圈子文化＂建设等方面进一步提高地方高校科研激励满意度。
