便携式TSP采样器的设计

摘要

应市场需求设计了一款便携式TSP采样器，该采样器采用增强型51内核的单片机STC12C5A60S2作为控制器，定制段式大屏幕液晶显示，24位模数转换芯片HX711与差压传感器M1210配合检测流量，并利用流量偏差信号控制抽气泵，实现自动恒流采样。经使用，证明该采样器具有功能强、操作简单、便于携带、性能稳定的特点。%A portable type TSP sampler is designed according to the market demand. The sam-pler uses STC12C5A60S2,an enhanced 51 core SCM as controller,customized section type large screen LCD as displayer. Automatic constant flow sampling is achieved with using the chip of HX711,a 24 bit A/D converter,and M1210,a differential pressure sensor,and uses the flow dif-ferential signal to control the air pump.
