新形势下做好石油企业函授站教学工作的思考

当前,石油企业函授站教学工作面临着函授教学组织较为困难、学员工学矛盾较为突出、教学检查要求日益严格等困难。要做好石油企业函授站教学及管理工作,必须要严格按照教学计划,精心组织开展教学;必须以检查考核为手段,全力确保教学质量;必须坚持严格管理,确保日常教学管理规范有序。%Today,the teaching work of correspondence station is faced with difficulties of being hard to arrange correspondence teaching,relatively striking conflict of students’ work time and their learning time and stricter requirements for teaching inspection.Completing the teaching work and management of the station requires carefully organizing teaching in strict accordance with teaching schedule,sparing no effort to insure teaching quality by means of check and evaluation and insisting on strict management to make sure that daily teaching management is standardized and orderly.
