浅谈在新形势下工会如何做好群众工作

The trade union organization is the bridge and link for the Party to keep contact with the people.Strengthening and improving mass work is responsible for enterprise development.In practice,the organization should establish the mass viewpoint,always being close to the people emotionally;it should pursue people oriented,always serving the people in action;it should innovate ways and means,always relying on the people at work;it should improve working ability,always adapting itself to the people in ability.%工会组织是党联系群众的纽带和桥梁。加强和改进群众工作是实现企业大发展的需要。做好群众工作必须树立群众观点,始终在感情上贴近群众;坚持以人为本,始终在行动上服务群众;创新方式方法,始终在工作上依靠群众;提高工作能力,始终在本领上适应群众。
