企业领导干部密切党群干群关系的思考

摘要

Only by maintaining close contact with the employees can an enterprise leading bodies pool the public wis‐dom and get outpouring driving force for the enterprise’s development .To keep closer relationship with the masses , its leading bodies must improve the relevant working system ,value the employees’ role as masters and foster the thought that leading is service .%企业领导干部只有密切联系职工群众，才能更好地汇聚群众智慧，才能让企业的发展获得源源不断的动力。为了进一步密切干群关系，应该完善密切党群干群关系相关工作制度，尊重职工群众的主人翁地位，牢固树立“领导就是服务”的思想。
