砖混房屋改扩建的结构设计

摘要

Supporting by longitudinal cross wall ,brick-concrete buildings are weak in fighting against earthquake . The combination mode of old and new buildings is the key point in reconstruction and extension project .Taking the extension project of a school apartment building as an example ,this paper analyzes reconstruction and extension de-sign feature of brick-concrete structure and brings in the combination mode of old and new buildings to ensure the structure safety .%砖混结构房屋由纵横墙承重 ,抗震性能较弱.新旧建筑的结合方式是改扩建工程的关键环节.以某学校公寓楼扩建项目为例,研究分析砖混结构改扩建设计特点,对公寓楼抗震鉴定并进行整体加固,提出了新旧建筑的结合方法 ,确保了整个建筑结构安全.
