以延安精神推进学习型企业建设的思考

摘要

以延安精神推进学习型企业建设，是加强组织建设、推动企业科学发展的重要途径。必须坚持培育高尚的思想道德，切实提高干部员工的能力素质；必须坚持实事求是的思想路线，建立健全科学有效的运行机制；必须坚持正确的政治方向，推动企业可持续有效发展；必须坚持全心全意为人民服务的宗旨，共同建设美丽幸福油田。%Promoting construction of learning enterprise based on Yan'an spirit is an important way of strengthening organization construction and advancing the enterprise development in a scientific manner .We must insist on ideolog‐ical education in cadres and staff to improve their ability and quality and seeking truth from facts to establish and per ‐fect a sound operating mechanism .We must pursue a correct political direction to promote the enterprise sustainable development .We must stick to the purpose of serving the people heart and soul to work together to build a happy and beautiful oilfield .
