嵌入式防钢丝绳滑脱滑轮组的设计

     

摘要

在建筑及一些工矿企业,滑轮需要承受较大的负荷和高速的运转.然而高速运转的滑轮极易因震动而发生钢丝绳滑脱、卡死甚至卡断的情况,从而酿成严重事故.为此设计了一种嵌入式防钢丝绳滑脱滑轮,该滑轮能有效地解决钢丝绳滑脱问题,并研究出嵌入式防钢丝绳滑脱的滑轮组,进一步提高嵌入式滑轮的承重能力,扩大嵌入式滑轮的适用范围.%Pulley needs to bear a large load and be in a high speed operation in construction and some in-dustrial and mining enterprises.However,high speed running pulley is very easy to cause a serious accident be-cause of vibration of wire rope slipping,stuck death and even interruption.Therefore,an embedded pulley with non-slip is designed.The pulley can effectively solve problem of wire rope slippage,and pulley block with em-bedded anti wire rope slipping is developed to improve bearing capacity of the embedded pulley and expand ap-plication scope of embedded pulley.
