新建本科院校转型期编制管理策略研究

摘要

科学而高效的编制管理是学校实现人尽其才、物尽其用的重要保证。本文从新建本科院校转型期编制管理的主要特征分析从手，提出编制管理的基本原则，并针对学校编制管理存在的突出问题提出有效的管理策略，对同类高校的编制管理工作具有一定的参考价值。%Scientific and efficient management is the key to achieve an important guarantee of men and material. This article analysis the main characteristics of the newly built colleges and universities’ undergraduate course transition management, put forward the basic principles of management, and put forward effective establishment of problems existing in the management for school management strategy, provide a certain reference value for similar college of management.
