“转型期”ESP教师发展策略研究

摘要

ESP教学是我国大学英语教学改革的新方向。ESP教师发展至关重要。本文通过对一线ESP教师的访谈调查，分析研究了我国ESP教师发展中存在的问题，并提出了岗前专业培训、建立学习型合作组织及激发教师专业自主意识，促进自我发展等克服策略。%ESP teaching is a new direction of college English teaching reform in our country. The ESP teachers' development is very important. This article through to a line of ESP teacher's interview investigation, analysis of existing problems, and put forward the pre-service professional training, establish a learning cooperation organization and inspire teachers' professional autonomy consciousness, promote the development of self to overcome the strategy.
