In recent years, China's domestic home appliance manufacturing industry rapid development, become the world's manufacturing market. At the same time, such as suning, gome, the domestic home appliance retail chain enterprises also got great development. Industrial restructuring, enhance productivity, diversity of products and after-sales service guaranteed. But the development of such enterprises requires strategic inventory management mode to adapted. At present many home appliance retail chain enterprises haven't innovation strategy concept and scientific inventory management mode, as the market gradually saturated, and competition, inventory management mode backward question highlights, backlog of inventory, cash flow difficulties and stock out due to product technology updates fast, inevitably caused great obstacles to the business activities of enterprises. Strengthen the management of inventory, to establish high efficient inventory management model has become the urgent matter. Article mainly through the study of home appliance enterprise inventory management model, to the current our country home appliance retail chain enterprise inventory management problems were analyzed, and finally put forward the corresponding Suggestions for improvement on the existing problems and measures.%近些年来，中国的国内家电制造业迅速发展，成为世界的制造市场。与此同时，诸如苏宁、国美这样的国内的家电零售连锁企业也得到了很大的发展。产业重组，生产力增强，产品多样且售后服务有保障。但是这样企业的发展要求有战略性的存货管理模式与之相适应。现阶段许多家电零售连锁企业还没有创新战略理念和科学的存货管理模式，随着市场的逐渐饱和和竞争加剧，存货管理模式落后问题更加凸显，存货积压、资金周转困难以及由于产品技术更新过快造成的存货淘汰，必然给企业的经营活动造成了极大的障碍。加强对存货的管理，建立高效率的存货管理模式己成为当务之急。文章主要通过对家电企业存货管理模式的研究，对目前我国家电零售连锁企业存在的存货管理问题进行分析，最后针对存在的问题提出相应的改进建议和措施。
