浅议如何增强高校图书馆馆员法制意识

摘要

论文结合我国高校图书馆建设中馆员法制意识存在的主要问题，揭示了增强高校图书馆馆员法制意识的必要性，从图书馆馆员的法制意识与权利义务意识等方面对如何增强高校图书馆馆员法制意识进行探讨。%The paper combines the main problems on the legal awareness of librarians in the construction of university libraries in China, in order to reveal the main reasons of why some librarians are of weak legal awareness to some extent, and investigate the way how to improve legal awareness of Librarian in the view of librarians' conciousness on rights and obligations.
