论班集体建设与环境育人的实现

         

摘要

环境育人,即通过营造学习氛围与育人环境来引导受教育者,把知识和价值观的传授转化为包含着教育意图的艺术与环境,从而达到“蓬生麻中不扶自直”的教育效果。在高校中,“教书育人、管理育人、服务育人”是通过主观行为直接实现育人目标;而“环境育人”则侧重于利用环境达成育人目的。对大学生而言,班集体是其置身于校园最重要的“环境”之一,营造良好班风学风,建设凝聚力强的班集体是实现环境育人的重要途径。《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》16号文件(以下简称“中央16号文件”)明确指出,学生班级是大学生的基本组织形式,是学生进行自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的主要组织载体,是我们实施思想政治教育的主要阵地。%Environmental education, through building the learning atmosphere and environment of education to guide the education, knowledge and values teaching into art and environment, so as to achieve the good education effect. In colleges and universities,"teaching, management and service to educate,"is directly achieve the goal of educating people through the subjective behavior;and"environmental education"emphasizes to reach the purpose of educating people on the use of environment. For university students, class is one of the most important places in the campus of the"environment", to create a good class atmosphere, building strong cohesion of class is an important way to realize the educational environment."CPC Central Committee and State Council"on the further strengthening and improving ideological and Political Education (hereinafter referred to as the"No. 16 document of the Central Document No. 16") clearly pointed out, the class is the basic organization of college students, the main carrier of students’ self education, self management, self service, is the main position for us to implement the ideological and political education.
