河北省文化软实力现状调查及提升路径研究

The increasing cultural soft power becomes an important region competitiveness. Hebei province is a big province of cultural resources, but not a strong cultural province. This topic through the actual investigation and study, the historical and cultural resources in Hebei province were investigated and sorted, on Hebei's unique humanistic spirit was refined, and the Hebei cultural soft power development strategy and the path of ascension is discussed, in order to promote the prosperity and development of regional culture.%文化软实力越来越成为一个区域重要的竞争力。河北省是文化资源大省，但不是文化强省。本课题通过实际调查研究，对河北省的历史文化资源进行了调查梳理，对河北独特的的人文精神进行了提炼，并对河北文化软实力的发展战略和提升路径进行了探讨，以期促进区域文化的繁荣和发展。
