企校合作面点人才培养的实践与探索

本文通过对企校合作的现状以及面点人才培养现存的问题进行了研究，阐述了校企合作面点人才培养的重要性。深入研究企校合作人才培养模式，探索适应面点专业特征的人才培养模式。对面点专业培养学校和企业通过企校合作培养专业面点人才进行了深思和研讨，并提出了有效地实施方法。%This paper studies the status and the existing problems of school enterprise cooperation and pastry training, elaborates the importance of school enterprise cooperation in personnel training. Research on the mode of school enterprise cooperation personnel training, explore the adaptation training mode of professional talents. To think and discuss to train professional pastry talents through school enterprise cooperation, and put forward effective implementation method.
