政治文化发展标志着一个国家的政治文明程度，是一个国家政治发展的灵魂，同时是对一个国家现代化程度的反映。而少数民族地区的政治文化更是少数民族地区实现现代化的动力，是少数民族地区社会转型时期的重中之重。因此，本文主要是理清少数民族地区政治文化的内涵，并分析其特殊性，在此基础上找出少数民族地区政治文化发展的困境，并在分析其原因的基础上提出相关对策。%The development of political culture marks the political civilization degree of a nation, is a national political development soul, also is a reflection of the degree of modernization of a country. While the political culture in the minority areas is more power to realize the modernization in minority areas, is the priority among priorities and society of the minority nationality regions during the transformation period. Therefore, this paper is to clarify the intension of political culture in the minority areas, and analyses its particularity, then find out the development of political culture in the minority areas of difficulty, and puts forward the related countermeasure based on the analysis on the reasons.
