应用ERG理论探析高校青年教师师德建设的有效途径

摘要

本文就高校青年教师师德建设的有效途径进行了探索，认为高校在青年教师师德建设上可参照ERG需求理论，以满足青年教师需求为导向，构建满足青年教师生存需要的师德氛围、相互关系需要的师德机制和成长发展需要的师德自我建设平台，切实有效的提高青年教师师德建设的成效。%This article explores the effective ways of young college teachers ethics construction, that the reference to the ERG demand theory in the young teacher ethics construction, in order to meet the young teacher oriented construction, meet survival needs ethics atmosphere, relations need ethics mechanism and development of the ethics self construction platform, to improve the effectiveness of the teachers ethics.
