浅谈如何培养研究生

摘要

In order to adapt to the trend of China's social economy and the rapid development of higher education, promote the growth of the graduate student success, based on the formulation and implementation of scientific and reasonable project of cultivating graduate students and the teaching plan, teaching style and study style construction, and construction and improve the graduate student learning conditions of culture, living conditions, etc, in order to improve the comprehensive ability of graduate students, discuss on how to cultivate graduate student’s ability and political integrity.%为适应中国社会经济和高等教育快速发展的趋势，促进研究生的成长成才，本文从制定和实施科学合理的研究生培养方案和教学管理计划、教风与学风建设、学习条件建设以及改善研究生的文化、生活条件等方面，以提高研究生的综合能力为目标，对如何培养出新时期德才兼备的研究生做了初步的探讨。
