基于社会组织人才素质的高校教育环境实证评估——以南京市高校为例

         

摘要

From the perspective of human resource management, in the social organization needs people "having both ability and political integrity", on the basis of building assessment in coleges and universities to cultivate social organization talent environment of the system. Select samples, using SPSS12.0 family composition analysis, empirical evaluation, found that trained personnel in social organizations, professional construction environment is crucial to school macro environment for talent influence is very big also. Combined with empirical study conclusion, universities should "wide caliber" course design, teaching materials and other advanced teaching materials, the assessment mode diversification, to build the brand, create a strong academic atmosphere and improve the quality of moral education.%从人力资源管理的角度,在社会组织需要"德才兼备"的人才的基础上,构建评估高校培养社会组织人才环境的体系.选取样本,用SPSS12.0做主成分分析,进行实证评估,发现培养社会组织人才,专业建设环境至关重要,学校宏观环境对人才影响也很大.结合实证研究结论,提出高校要专业课程设置"宽口径"、教材等教学资料先进化、考核模式多样化、打造高校品牌、营造浓厚的学术氛围、提高德育课质量等建议.
