This paper uses the case study method, with two preschool education professional people as the object of study, from the experience of the dimensions, analyzes the hierarchy of education belief. The study found that the object of study experience education belief and practice of theoretical foundation, is all about children's dilemma, and tend to the implementation of the orientation theory into practice. From the non-experience of education belief to "experience", the essence is the fusion process of both sides.%本文采用拓展个案研究法,以两位学前教育专业人为研究对象,从亲身经历的维度对其教育信念的层次结构进行剖析.研究发现,研究对象亲历性教育信念和实践行为的立论根基都是围绕着儿童中心论展开,且倾向于理论融于实践的实施取向.从非亲历性教育信念的理想化,走向"亲历",实质是理解的双方视域融合的过程.
