关于认缴资本制下债权人保护制度的研究

In October 2013, the state council executive meeting promotes the reform of company registration system of registered capital, has been clear about the company implements the subscribed capital system of our country. Implement the subscribed capital system, the new "company law" in the protection of the interests of creditors. Therefore, we should set out to take some flexible measures, improve the system of creditor protection.%2013年10月国务院常务会议部署推进公司注册资本登记制度改革，明确了我国公司实行认缴资本制。新《公司法》实行认缴资本制，在在债权人利益保护方面的缺陷。因此，我们要着手采取一些灵活的措施，完善债权人保护制度。
