Under the background of comprehensive reform of education system, higher vocational education gets rapid development, but also management of higher vocational education put forward new and higher requirements. In the higher vocational education management in our country at present stage also has certain problem, it restricts the development of higher vocational education. In this paper, first of all, the problems existing in the management of higher vocational education at present stage are analyzed, and then put forward effective countermeasures, providing reference for the related personnel.%在教育体制全面改革的驱使下,高职教育得到了长足的发展,同时也对高职教育管理提出了新的、更高的要求.现阶段我国高职教育管理中还存在一定的问题,制约着高职教育的发展.本文首先对现阶段高职教育管理中存在的问题进行分析,然后提出行之有效的解决对策,供有关人员参考.
