教学质量仍是制约成人高等学历教育的一个重要原因，以科学质量观为指导，构建保障、监控、评价、反馈、奖惩等五大环节相互衔接的教学质量保证体系，有利于实现成人高等学历教育的可持续发展。%Teaching quality is an important reason for restricting adult higher diploma education, guided by the scientific quality, building security, monitoring, evaluation and feedback, rewards and punishments, etc to join each other five links of teaching quality assurance system, is helpful to realize the sustainable development of adult higher diploma education.
