完善我国大学生实习管理制度的思考

         

摘要

现代职业教育越来越强调职业型实践型人才的培养。为此,我国高校在人才培养中都设置了实践实习环节。当前,仍存在实习管理脱节,实习与培养目标脱节,实习协议虚置,实习生权益易受侵害等问题。造成这些不足的原因是多方面的,为了更好地实现人才培养目标,充分保障实习学生的权益,有必要完善实习管理制度,加强数据化管理,通过导师制等途径和形式加强对大学生实习的管理。%The modern vocational education more and more emphasizes on the cultivation of professional practical talents. To this end, China's col eges and universities set up practice course in the training of personnel. There are stil a lot of problems:the practice management is out of touch, the practice and the training objectives are out of touch, the internship agreement is empty, the rights and interests of the interns are easy to be infringed, etc. Reasons of these problems are caused by many aspects, in order to better realize the goal of cultivating talents, fully protect student rights, it is necessary to improve practice management system, strengthen the management of data, strengthen the col ege students internship management through mentoring and other ways and forms.
