细胞凋亡小分子PET显像剂的研究进展

         

摘要

细胞凋亡是细胞死亡的一种重要形式,细胞凋亡分子显像对于疾病的诊断和疗效评价具有重要的临床价值.分子影像学发展的关键技术之一是特异性分子探针的研究开发.正电子发射断层显像(PET)技术作为目前分子影像学发展最先进的技术,以及细胞凋亡PET显像剂的研发应用使活体内无创PET检测细胞凋亡成为现实,研发新型小分子PET探针将是该领域重要的发展方向.本文主要介绍细胞凋亡PET小分子探针及其最新研究应用进展.%Apoptosis is an important form of cell death and apoptosis imaging is of important clinical value for disease diagnosis and the evaluation of curative effects. One of the key issues of the molecular imaging technology is the development of specific molecular probes. At present, positron emission tomography (PET) is the most advanced molecular imaging technology, and in vivo non-invasive detection of cell apoptosis using the apoptotic PET tracers has become feasible in reality. Therefore, development of new small-molecule PET probes will be an important research field of molecular imaging. This review mainly describes the state of the art of small-molecule PET probes and their applications to apoptosis imaging.
