血管内球囊阻断结合弹力酶诱导法制作颅内动脉瘤动物模型及应用进展

         

摘要

It is of capital importance to establish a reliable experimental animal model of intracranial aneurysm which should be extremely similar to human intracranial aneurysm in histological and hemodynamic aspects. For recent years, the elastase-induced aneurysm model by means of endovascular balloon occlusion has been widely used abroad. This paper aims to review the preparation of animal mode,the advantages and disadvantages of such a model as well as the recent progress in its applications.%建立组织学和血流动力学真正类似于人动脉瘤的可信的实验动脉瘤模型对于人类颅内动脉瘤的基础和临床研究尤为重要.血管内球囊阻断结合弹力酶诱导法制作动脉瘤的方法是近年来国外研制的一种广泛使用的颅内动脉瘤动物模型.本文对该模型的制作、优越性和不足及其应用进展综述.
