卵巢反应性的相关因素及控制性促排卵方案的个性化选择

摘要

One of the critical factors related to the success rate of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) was the oocytes and embryos, with moderate number and high quality, obtained by the controlled ovarian stimulation (COS) protocol of which effect mainly depended on the ovarian response to gonadotropin (Gn). The ovarian response was affected by a variety of factors,including patient’s age,antral follicles counnt(AFC),basal level of follicle stimulating hormone,serum levels of anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH)and inhibin B. It is benefit to develop individual strategy of COH treatment to predict accurately the ovarian response before COS.%影响体外受精-胚胎移植成功的一个关键因素是应用控制性促排卵（COS）方案能否获得数量适中和质量上乘的卵母细胞及胚胎，而COS的效果主要取决于卵巢对促性腺激素（Gn）的反应性。卵巢反应性受多种因素的影响，包括年龄、基础窦卵泡数（AFC）、基础性激素水平、抗苗勒管激素（AMH）、血清抑制素B（inhibin B）等。COS前准确预测患者卵巢反应性将有利于制定个性化的卵巢刺激方案。
