基于主体仿真的企业IT能力对竞争优势影响机制研究

摘要

The formation of enterprise information technology (IT) capabilities and the relationship between IT capability and competitive advantage is a dynamic process, with complexity. This paper. based on complex adaptive system theory. using the method of multi-agent modeling and simulation, established the multi-agent simulation model of the relationship between enterprise IT capabilities and competi-tive advantage based on Swarm. and then designed interaction rules of agent and simulation parameters. finally the simulation results were analyzed.%　　企业IT能力形成及与竞争优势之间的关系是一个动态变化过程，其关系具有复杂性。以复杂适应系统理论为基础，应用多主体建模与仿真方法，建立了基于swarm的企业IT能力与竞争优势关系多主体仿真模型，设计了相应的仿真参数，并对仿真结果进行了分析。
